The Rootery has the utmost love for their plants and products and want to make sure they are just as loved in your home. We ship our plants to ensure they reach your home happy and healthy. However, we cannot guarantee the carrier will have the same care we do and we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

All sales are final. That said, if you do find yourself with an issue with your product, feel free to use the contact form within 24 hours of delivery so we can sort it out.
